Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment for a full refund.
• Less than 48 hours' notice forfeits 50% of the payment.
• Appointment may be rebooked within 2 weeks of the original appointment.
• Less than 24 hours' notice voids rebooking.
• Rebooking can only be made once.
• Cancellation of a rescheduled booking forfeits 50% of the payment.

Lateness:

• Regardless of the shortened treatment duration, full payment is still required.
• Excessive lateness forfeits 50% of the payment.
• Excessive lateness voids rebooking.
